If you can not place an order through our Web site shopping cart system
for any reason, please call or Email and we will process it for you.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa , Master Card and Discover credit cards through our
shopping cart system on the Web site. We can also accept PayPal on a individual
basis if that method is preferred. Cashiers Checks, Personal Checks and
Postal Money Orders will also be accepted by mail. Please allow approx.:
7-10 business days to process Personal checks. A $20.00 service fee will
be charged for all returned checks.
International order payment methods are determined on an individual
order basis. Email or call for international orders.
Shipping Methods
Primary shipping methods are 2-3 day Priority Mail and next day Express
Mail through the US Postal Service. Alternate shipping methods may include
UPS. If you prefer another shipping method email or call with your request.
Minimum Orders
We have no minimum order requirements at this time. Orders under $15.00
are subject to a $2.00 service charge.
Prices
We keep our web site prices and content as current as possible. Should
a pricing error be found while filling your order, we will contact you
for approval before processing your order. All prices are subject to change
without notice. Meteorites Plus is not responsible for typographical errors
or omissions.
Returns
Should you wish to return an item, Call (931) 964-4979 during regular
business hours for instructions. Items returned must be in unused, undamaged
and in sellable condition. Return shipping costs and insurance is the Customers
responsibility. A copy of your invoice must be included with your return.
We do not credit or refund shipping charges. Items must be returned within
30 days of invoice. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for items returned
after the 30 day period.
