When you provide us with any personal information including your name, address, e-mail and credit card number, it is processed over a secure connection on secure servers. We use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to encrypt all information you provide before sending it to our servers. SSL is the industry standard and the best software available for secure ecommerce transactions.

*International Orders: Due to our lack of control over Foreign Postal Services Meteorites Plus will not be responsible for any International orders that are Lost, Stolen or Damaged.

If you can not place an order through our Web site shopping cart system for any reason, please call or Email and we will process your order for you.

Please allow approx.: 7-10 business days to process Personal checks before your order is shipped. A $35.00 service fee will be charged for all returned checks.

Shipping Methods
Primary shipping methods are 2-3 day Priority Mail and next day Express Mail through the US Postal Service. If you prefer another shipping method email or call with your request.

Minimum Orders
We have no minimum order requirements at this time. 

Prices
We keep our web site prices and content as current as possible. Should a pricing error be found while filling your order, we will contact you for approval before processing your order. All prices are subject to change without notice. Meteorites Plus is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions. 

Damaged Shipment
If you receive an order that is damaged in transit, you must contact the delivering carrier and then notify us. Save all cartons and packaging material until inspection of damage is made by carrier. 

Returns 
Should you wish to return an item, Call (931) 964-4979 during regular business hours for instructions. Items returned must be in Unused, Undamaged and in Sellable Condition. Return shipping costs and insurance is the customers responsibility. A copy of your invoice must be included with your return. We do not credit or refund shipping charges. Items must be returned within 7 days of invoice. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all items returned. 
NO RETURNS on special orders or custom made jewelry unless first authorized by owner.
